This is a critical step in creating a plan that works for both of us--you need to know exactly what it will take for you to glow and not just "I want to look good" or "I want people to notice me" but also why these goals matter so much in the first place.

Listen to what your body is telling you, and make sure that when it says, "I'm not feeling so good today," or "I don't want any food," those things are true for at least 24 hours before continuing on with life's journey.

If you're exercising, make sure that what you drink has electrolytes in it (like Gatorade) because they'll keep your body hydrated as well as help with muscle recovery after exercise!
Don't wait until thirst strikes--drink throughout the day so that by nightfall there isn't anything left in your stomach but gas! And don't overdo caffeine or alcohol either; these drinks dehydrate us more than plain water does!
